 We will gladly make an exchange or process a credit less delivery costs for any items you are not completely happy with. Returns and exchanges on items purchased directly from Jack & Abby may be made by calling/texting us on 0272868501 or emailing us at sales@mittensleeves.co.nz to inform us of the return and to ensure a quick refund.
Please return the unwanted items to Jack & Abby within 14 days of the delivery date unworn and in perfect condition. Returned items received after this date will not entitle you to a refund. Please deliver items prepaid with the package securely wrapped and clearly labeled to:
